Connecting the moko to the net via usb was rather easy, here's the steps for when I forget:

1. plug the moko in via usb to a linux box, ubuntu automatically tries to use this newly available usb device as its default net connection, annoying will try fix.

2. root@fatbert:~# iptables -A POSTROUTING -t nat -j MASQUERADE -s 192.168.0.0/24
   root@fatbert:~# sysctl -w net.ipv4.ip_forward=1
   root@fatbert:~# ifconfig usb0 192.168.0.200 netmask 255.255.255.248
   root@fatbert:~# ssh root@192.168.0.202
   root@192.168.0.202's password: 
   root@om-gta02:~#
